Meeting in Austria - environment & organic farms
After resuming the work on the environment topic - focus on food loss and food waste - we created a booklet on tipps & tricks to protect our planet and to reduce waste. For the break Madl Milch, a regional farmer, provided some dairy products to test. After lunch we went to see organic farms and in the evening most of us students went bowling.
